In April this year Maxim Butorin had a first five-round fight in his career and could have become the Fight Nights champion in the category up to 77 kg, however in the heat of the fight he lost to Dmitry Bikrev.
Even the most experienced fighters often admit that to spend 25 minutes of net time in an octagon is rather hard. Maxim makes no secret that it has been hard work. It took six months for the fighter from Usolye-Sibirskoye to recover from injuries, to have rest, to provide support to his fellow countrymen from Tulun during the summer flood and to start training before a new fight.
Magomed Isaev will become the opponent of Butorin, and the fight will take place this year during one of the biggest tournaments. On October 12, in Moscow Dmitry Smolyakov and Maxim Novoselov will have a fight at the Fight Nights event, while the boxer Dmitry Kudryashov will make his boxing debut in MMA. The former title challenger in the 77 kg weight category from the Irkutsk Region will also take part in this event. As Maxim admits, he would like to get rid of the epithet “former” as soon as possible – and to have the title fight again.
Maxim is about to finish his preparation for the fight, and the +7 Fund – to provide the fighter with all necessary support. It will be 18th fight in Maxim’s professional career. He has 14 victories, 2 defeats and 1 draw.
